Every Touch
Matters.

Small-group futsal training built around confidence.

The problem

Too many players are taught to play it safe.

  • They panic the moment the ball arrives, and get rid of it as fast as possible.
  • They’re scared to make a mistake in front of teammates, so they stop trying the harder pass.
  • On a full-size field, a young player might genuinely touch the ball a handful of times a game.

That’s not a talent problem. It’s a touches problem — and a courage problem.

What your child gains

You’re not just buying futsal.

You’re buying the chance for your child to become a more confident, capable soccer player.

Confidence on the ball

More touches build the instinct to want the ball, not hide from it.

Faster, better decisions

Tight spaces force quick reads — pass, turn, or go — every few seconds.

Calm under pressure

Defenders close in fast in futsal. Players learn to stay composed anyway.

Sharper passing & receiving

Precision matters when there's no room for a loose touch.

More creativity

Small spaces reward players who look for a solution, not just a clearance.

Skills that transfer to soccer

Every habit built here — on the ball, off the ball — shows up on the full-size field.

Your coach

Coached by someone who’s played at the national level.

Yusif Mudaffer represented British Columbia at the Canadian Futsal National Championships. But what parents notice first isn’t the résumé — it’s the energy. High standards, real relationships, and a coach who gets on the floor with every group.

From CFC families

What parents are saying.

Absolutely wonderful experience taking my son to Yusif's club. The skills that were taught and the discipline instilled during the session truly caught my eye as a former athlete myself and I'd recommend the club to anyone trying to take their child to the next level in soccer.

Aria Hassiri

Yusif is an amazing futsal coach. My cousin has improved so much since training with him. His ball control, confidence, and decision-making on the court have become much sharper. Yusif is patient, knowledgeable, and really knows how to push players without overwhelming them. Couldn't recommend him more!

Questions

Good to know.

Is the program suitable for beginners?+

Yes. We coach players across a range of experience — the coach places each player in the right group based on age and, where it helps, ability. Nobody is left behind and nobody is held back.

Does my child need futsal experience?+

No experience required. Most of our players come from outdoor soccer and are new to futsal — that's exactly who this program is built for.

Is this a soccer club?+

No — CFC is a supplementary training program, not a league or team club. Players keep playing for their regular soccer club or team; CFC is where they come to sharpen their touch, decisions, and confidence in between.

How does futsal help soccer players?+

Futsal compresses the game into tight spaces, so players get far more touches, more 1v1 moments, and more decisions per session than they would outdoors. That repetition is what builds instinct.

What ages are accepted?+

Ages 7 to 13, grouped by age so training is age-appropriate and competitive.

What should players bring?+

Indoor (non-marking) shoes, water, and comfortable athletic wear. We'll confirm anything session-specific in your booking confirmation.

How does the free trial work?+

Pick your child's age on our free trial page, choose an open session that fits, and complete a short booking form — no payment, no account needed. You'll get a confirmation and reminder emails before the session.

Are sessions mixed gender?+

Yes, sessions are co-ed.

Where are sessions held?+

Wednesdays at Baker Drive Elementary in Port Moody, and Fridays at Summit Community Centre in Coquitlam, both 5:00–7:00 PM.
